Key Responsibilities

- Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling for US Healthcare clients.
- Handle End-to-End Denials Management and resolve denied claims.
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims and payments.
- Analyze denial reasons and take appropriate corrective actions.




- Work on Physician Billing (PB) or Hospital Billing (HB) accounts.
- Ensure timely claim resolution while meeting quality and productivity standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of AR Calling experience in the US Healthcare domain.
- Mandatory experience in End-to-End Denials Management.
- Experience in Physician Billing (PB) or Hospital Billing (HB).
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Degree or Diploma is mandatory.
