What You Will Do:

- Provide education for any new coders.
- Provide training/education for any coders in PIP.
- Provide constant feedback and education to entire coders/QA s/Leads
- Specify , client, area of education, team details, quality scores.
- Perform random audit for coders in all the projects.
- Need to create training document based on major error trends.
- Stay abreast of industry changes and create training document based on changes.
- Assures coders achieve and maintain a minimum 95% accuracy in coding based on client contract.
- Assures coders maintain average productivity standards while maintaining quality.

What You Will Need:

- Minimum Experience: 3 5-year coding experience and minimal 1 year experience with Guidehouse.
- Should be AHIMA/ AAPC Certified.
- Should not be on PIP within 6 months.




- Positive analytic skills and expertise to be proficient in accurately coding medical records.
- Strong ability to interpret medical records of the patients in different specialties.
- Ability to communicate, have excellent interpersonal, listening skills and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in flexible shift including weekend.
