Role - Java Backend Developers

Required Technical Skill

- Solid hands-on experience in Java backend development, API design, development and deployment
- Good understanding and knowledge of API development and integration using Java, Spring Boot and reactive programming
- Experience in building RESTful microservices and enterprise-grade backend services
- Good knowledge of cloud-native development, containerisation and CI/CD delivery practices
- Understanding and knowledge of building scalable, secure and resilient enterprise solutions
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented concepts, design patterns, clean code and engineering best practices

Desired Experience Range

Hands-on experience to deliver at least 2 enterprise level projects

Must-Have

1. Good technical understanding of programming, design patterns and API development using Java

2. Strong hands-on knowledge of Java Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices and backend service development

3. Good understanding of object-oriented concepts, clean code principles, reusable components and API integration patterns

4. Experience with cloud-native development, CI/CD pipelines, containerization and secure coding practices

5.



Good communication and presentation skills; should be able to drive calls with client and partner teams

6. Understanding of Agile ways of working and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional delivery teams

Good-to-Have

1. Knowledge of JavaScript framework specifically React/Preact

2. Knowledge of web and mobile application frameworks

3. Exposure to event-driven architecture, messaging platforms, caching and observability tools

4. Strong MVC/OO programming skills, demonstrable through past work examples

5. Proven experience implementing best practices for development, re-use, componentization and technical documentation

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

- Solution design and development using Java SpringBoot frameworks
- Technical Knowledge sharing
- Responsible for developing and reviewing code as per the best practices
- Work closely with the lead for defining the framework
- Defining best practices and standards
- Responsible for resolving technical issues and provide technical suggestion / solution
- Collaborate with product managers, graphics designers, UI designers, and others technology teams to understand technical constraints
