About the Role

We are looking for a passionate AI Developer specializing in Computer Vision to join our growing AI team. You will be responsible for designing, training, optimizing, and deploying AI models for intelligent CCTV video analytics.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on next-generation AI surveillance technologies, including real-time object detection, event recognition, behavioral analysis, and edge AI deployment.

Responsibilities

- Develop and train AI models for CCTV video analytics.
- Build real-time object detection and tracking systems.
- Optimize AI models for high-performance inference.
- Deploy AI models on edge devices and GPU servers.
- Improve detection accuracy while minimizing false positives.
- Integrate AI models with video management systems (VMS).
- Work with live RTSP camera streams.
- Research and implement the latest computer vision technologies.
- Collaborate with software developers to integrate AI into production systems.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with YOLO (YOLOv8 / YOLOv9 / YOLOv10 / YOLO11).
- Excellent knowledge of Python.
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience using OpenCV.
- Deep understanding of Computer Vision.
- Experience with object detection, segmentation, and tracking.
- Knowledge of image preprocessing and data augmentation.
- Experience training custom datasets.
- GPU optimization using CUDA.
- Experience with Linux (Ubuntu preferred).
- Familiarity with Docker.

Preferred Skills

- DeepSORT, ByteTrack, BoT-SORT or similar tracking frameworks.
- ONNX, TensorRT, OpenVINO.
- NVIDIA CUDA optimization.
- Edge AI deployment.
