Job Title- Procurement Executive /Chennai location
Experience- 4 to 6 years
Location: Chennai
Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days
No BE candidates and only Male candidates required
Mandatory skills: Power BI, Excel , Direct Purchase, vendor negotiation, Inventory management
Requirements
1. Daily coordination with Supplier & Plant team for Plant inhouse Make/ VOR parts readiness Placing Monthly schedule to Local vendors and Tracking
2. Contacting sales & service customers after their visit to monitor quality control and satisfaction. PO Updation in System
3. Order parts Follow Up & Co-ordination With Vendors for Timely parts Deliveries
4. Provide the BO parts receipt to W/H Team for GRN 5. Follow up of Potential Backorder and Critical Parts and ETA communication to CRM team 6. Close the Discrepancy issues
