Job Summary

Hogist Technologies is looking for a confident and customer-friendly Telecaller (Voice Process) to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their enquiries, and provide a positive customer experience. The role focuses on communication, customer support, and lead qualification. This is not a target-based sales role. Incentives for every closing orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding our catering services, meal plans, and order process.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about Hogist's services.
- Qualify enquiries and collect relevant customer details for the sales team.
- Schedule follow-up calls whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Customer Support teams for timely customer assistance.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.




- Ensure every customer interaction reflects Hogist's commitment to excellent service.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.

Candidate Requirements

- Female candidates only.
- Good verbal communication skills in Tamil. Knowledge of English is preferred.
- Pleasant voice and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly, patiently, and confidently.
- Positive attitude with positive listening and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, voice process, or BPO is preferred but not mandatory.
