Role & responsibilities

- Create and implement sourcing strategies for various Indirect Procurements Commodities
- Market research & Forecasting on RM Price movement
- Settlement of Commercials for the Indirect Entities
- To Identify & Implement Potential cost saving Opportunities
- Ensuring Process Parity among various plants and Business units
- Work as a team with various stake holders and ensure Indirect Cost control
- Work along with Spares team for the various packaging requirements

Preferred candidate profile

- Positive Knowledge on various Indirect Commodities
- Deep Knowledge on Packing - Cost & Development of Various types of packing like Carton Boxes, Plastic Boxes, Returnable Packaging etc
- Diploma/ Certification in Packaging is an added advantage




- Good knowledge of Market analysis and forecasting of various Raw Material (RM) movements
- Good Communication & Analytical skills
- Prior Experience in sourcing of MRO like consumables, Chemicals, AMCs, IT related Items like Hardware , Software License etc
- Prior experience in companies handling the admin functions will be added advantage
- Good Excel and Powerpoint knowledge for data crunching and idea generation
- Knowledge on Branding and Advts sourcing & commercials is an added advantage
- Strong Negotiator
- Willingness to travel anywhere in India
