1. Job Title : CyberSecurity Engineer - IAM 2. Job Summary : This role focuses on delivering secure and efficient Identity and Access Management solutions using Sailpoint IdentityIQ for a global hybrid work environment. The CyberSecurity Engineer supports access lifecycle processes strengthens control frameworks and helps protect critical applications and data with exposure to Property and Casualty Insurance platforms and regulatory requirements. 3. Responsibilities : -Implement Sailpoint IdentityIQ configurations that enforce consistent access governance and ensure that user access aligns with organizational security policies and compliance needs. -Develop and maintain Sailpoint IdentityIQ onboarding and provisioning workflows that automate joiner mover leaver processes and reduce manual errors in user lifecycle management. -Configure role based access models in Sailpoint IdentityIQ that group entitlements logically and support scalable and auditable access control for business applications. -Create and optimize access certification campaigns that enable reviewers to validate user access regularly and help reduce excessive privileges across enterprise systems. -Analyze access requests and entitlement mappings that support least privilege principles and enhance the overall security posture of the IAM ecosystem. -Troubleshoot routine Sailpoint IdentityIQ issues that affect provisioning approvals or account synchronization and collaborate with senior engineers to implement stable fixes.



-Prepare technical runbooks and standard operating procedures that document repeatable IAM tasks and improve consistency of support activities for the wider security team. -Coordinate with application owners to onboard new systems into Sailpoint IdentityIQ that include connector configuration rule design and attribute mapping to enterprise directories. -Monitor IAM dashboards and basic audit reports that highlight policy violations or failed provisioning jobs and assist in timely remediation to minimize security risk. -Support internal and external audit requests that relate to user access controls and provide evidence from Sailpoint IdentityIQ to demonstrate adherence to regulatory expectations. -Collaborate with cross functional teams in a hybrid working model that balances remote and office based tasks while ensuring high responsiveness during day shift support hours. -Assist in documenting IAM controls and security standards that align with enterprise cyber security strategies and contribute to safer digital experiences for customers and communities. -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that refine IAM processes and help the organization deliver secure digital services with reduced operational friction. -Qualifications -Understand core Identity and Access Management concepts that include authentication authorization role management and account provisioning as applied in enterprise environments.



-Demonstrate hands on exposure to Sailpoint IdentityIQ components that include tasks workflows connectors and rules preferably from academic projects internships or entry level roles. -Apply basic scripting or programming skills such as Java Beanshell or similar technologies that support customization of Sailpoint IdentityIQ configurations and transformations. -Appreciate Property and Casualty Insurance domain processes such as policy lifecycle claims handling and underwriting to better interpret access requirements for insurance applications. -Communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical partners that include security analysts application owners and auditors to explain access decisions and IAM changes. -Show familiarity with information security standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST frameworks that guide the design of robust access control mechanisms. -Exhibit strong analytical and problem solving abilities that support investigation of access issues incident tickets and user requests with attention to detail and accuracy. -Adapt quickly to new IAM tools processes and regulatory expectations that evolve in the cyber security landscape while maintaining a learning mindset. -Display effective time management skills that allow handling of multiple IAM tasks within day shift schedules while meeting agreed service level expectations. -Maintain a high standard of qualified ethics and data confidentiality that aligns with organizational values and builds trust among colleagues and stakeholders. 9.
