We are looking for an energetic and technically skilled Service Executive to install, maintain, and support medical equipment across hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centres. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical aptitude with excellent customer service skills to ensure high client satisfaction and equipment reliability.

Technical Service & Equipment Management

- Install and configure medical equipment at hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centres.
- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose technical issues, and repair faulty equipment.
- Provide technical assistance and training to healthcare professionals on proper equipment usage.
- Maintain service reports, records, and documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
- Ensure availability of necessary spare parts by coordinating with the procurement team.
- Follow industry regulations, safety guidelines, and company protocols while servicing equipment.
- Stay updated on the latest technology advancements and undergo training as required.
- Ensure compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

Client Relationship & Customer Service

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Ensure clients receive prompt responses to queries and complaints.




- Follow up with clients to confirm their needs are met and they are satisfied with service delivered.
- Relay technical product information clearly to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Create a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
- Regularly interact with clients via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through exceptional after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including contact details, purchases, and billing information.
- Conduct customer feedback surveys and prepare reports on product/service performance.
- Address client concerns or hesitations regarding company products effectively.

Sales & Business Support

- Work closely with the sales team to support clients with after-sales service.
- Support planning, organising, and conducting business meetings and events such as conferences, seminars, and workshops.

Requirements

- Diploma or BE, preferably in Biomedical Engineering, EEE, or Instrumentation.
- Freshers welcome; prior experience in medical equipment servicing is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
- Robust problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
