Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and machine learning technologies. The ideal candidate should have experience with contemporary AI frameworks, cloud platforms, and MLOps practices to build scalable and production-ready AI solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs.
- Build AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Integrate LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and Mistral into enterprise applications.
- Design and implement AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies to improve AI response quality and accuracy.




- Fine-tune open-source language models when required.
- Build vector database solutions using Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or Milvus.
- Implement semantic search and document intelligence solutions.
- Integrate AI models with REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise systems.
- Optimize model performance, latency, scalability, and operational costs.
- Ensure AI applications follow responsible AI, privacy, security, and governance standards.
- Evaluate emerging GenAI tools, models, and technologies for business use cases.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Develop automated testing and monitoring for AI applications.
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
- Support production deployments and troubleshoot AI application issues.
