Role & responsibilities

- Preparation of Invoice/Packing List/E Invoice, E Way Bills/Shipper Letter of Instruction

- Preparation & maintenance of AWB's.

- Maintenance & updating of GST Records/Registers.

- Filing of Documents such as Invoice/Packing List/AWB/PO/other statutory documents.

- ITC availment & re conciliation of ITC.

- Online filing of monthly/half yearly/yearly returns under GST.

- Applying for duty exemption authorization with DGFT & closure of authorizations,

- Generation E BRCs.

- Preparation & lodgment of export documents with Bank.

- Liasioning with CHA's

Additional Duties

- Coordinates with Marketing for PO and its Receipts.

- Coordinates with FG Stores, stock verification & Receiving Stores for necessary documents for preparation of Invoice/Packing list.

- Receipt & maintenance of ITC Documents.

- Manages the Commercial function, which includes documentation & filing.





- Participates as a member of a functional team during the Commercial Department Function and during Audit by Government Agencies

- Promotes safety and proper operating procedures within the department.

- Periodical visit of Govt. offices.

- Selection of freige ht forwarders for export/domestic sales.

- Negotiating the best prices for freight outward.

- Submission of freight bills to Finance for payment.

Preferred candidate profile

- Commerce graduate or equating degree.

- Knowledge of Computer & thorough h knowledge of Languages such as MS Office-Word/Excel/Power Point /Axapta.

- 5-6 years' experience in working Commercial Department.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & also able to speak Tamil, Kannada & Hindi.

- Excellent interpersonal, time management, problem solving and organisational skills.
