Role & responsibilities

- Conduct thermal inspections using infrared (thermal) cameras.
- Detect water leakage, dampness, moisture intrusion, and hidden plumbing leaks.
- Capture thermal and visible images during site inspections.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with findings and recommendations.
- Explain inspection results to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the civil and waterproofing teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain thermal inspection equipment and ensure accurate data collection.
- Travel to customer sites across Chennai for inspections.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/ITI/BE/B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of thermal imaging or building inspection is preferred.




- Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English is an advantage.
- Willing to travel within Chennai.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
- Robust observation, analytical, and report-writing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and mobile applications).
