Key Responsibilities - Quantity Surveyor - Architectural

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs from architectural drawings and BIM models.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify scope requirements.
- Perform quantity surveying activities for Building, Infrastructure, Power Plant, Substation, and Transmission Line projects.
- Identify scope gaps, design discrepancies, variations, and value engineering opportunities.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and tendering teams during pre-bid stages.
- Verify quantities using AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and quantity take-off software.
- Ensure compliance with international measurement standards and project requirements.
- Prepare quantity reports and support cost estimation activities.
