Position Summary:
As a process associate you will be engaged in performing back-end operations of US Mortgage domain. This role requires candidates with robust communication and critical thinking ability
Job Location: Chennai
Key Responsibility:
- Develops and maintains thorough understanding of procedures and processes by participating in KT Performs
- Arts and Science graduates
- Excellent command of the English language being fluent in spoken and written.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Excel Knowledge
- Experience in International voice process will be advantage
- Willing to work in US shift time zone (09:30 PM to 06:30 AM)
