Development Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain BizTalk integrations and middleware solutions.
- Develop and support:
- Schemas (XSD)
- Maps
- Orchestrations
- Pipelines
- Business Rules Engine (BRE)
- Custom .NET Components

- Develop interfaces using:

- SOAP and REST APIs
- WCF Services
- FTP/SFTP
- SQL Adapters
- SAP Adapters
- File-based integrations

- Perform unit testing and integration testing of developed solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Support application enhancements, bug fixes, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Prepare technical design documents and deployment documentation.

Support Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 production support for BizTalk environments.




- Monitor BizTalk applications, interfaces, queues, and integrations.
- Analyze and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Troubleshoot failed transactions and perform message resubmission activities.
- Support deployment and release management activities.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend permanent fixes.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and application teams for issue resolution.
- Participate in on-call support rotations as required.
