Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage site operations, including civil engineering tasks such as building construction, road works, and other infrastructure projects.

- Oversee labor control and management to ensure efficient project execution.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a secure working environment on the site.

- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve issues related to material procurement and quality control.

- Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of experience in civil site engineering or similar field.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil.

- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, including building construction methods and materials science.

- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with contractors, vendors, and team members.
