Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with our corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day food service operations, maintaining strong client satisfaction, and coordinating effectively between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage assigned corporate customer locations and act as the primary point of contact for client communication.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality, understand customer requirements, and build long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate service execution.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and service-related issues promptly while ensuring satisfactory resolution.
- Collect customer feedback, analyze recurring concerns, and share improvement suggestions with the operations team.
- Monitor daily food service operations and ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, and service standards.
- Maintain daily visit reports, customer interaction records, issue logs,



and follow-up reports.
- Support new client onboarding and ensure smooth implementation of services at customer locations.
- Work closely with internal departments to improve customer experience and enhance service efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships, improve retention, and support business growth.

Candidate Requirements

- Male candidates only.
- A valid two-wheeler and driving license are mandatory.
- Willingness to travel regularly to assigned customer locations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) is preferred.
- Prior experience in customer relationship management, field operations, hospitality, or food service is an added advantage.
