Job Description:

- Deep understanding of compute fundamentals (virtualization, OS, containers)
- Experience with GCP, AWS, Azure AI/ML services
- Generative AI & LLM experience (Vertex AI, Dialogflow, Gemini)
- ML model development and deployment
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Jax, Ray, etc.
- Experience with TPUs/GPUs and model architectures (encoders, decoders, transformers)
- Troubleshooting code experience (2+ years in Java, C, C++, Python, Shell, Go, JS)




- AIML experience (2+ years model development/deployment)
- Troubleshooting experience (3+ years diagnosis & issue resolution)
- Support methodology knowledge (case lifecycle, analysis)
- Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer certification
- CEFR B2 Communication Proficiency
- Ideally should be at least 3 years of hands-on with Linux Infra

Positive to have:

- Experience with MLOps tooling
- Experience with distributed training frameworks
