Job Summary

Amartex Industries Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of its retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, leading store staff, and maintaining operational excellence while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive store sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening, closing, cash handling, and billing.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve high performance.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory accuracy, replenishment, and shrinkage control.




- Ensure visual merchandising and store displays are maintained as per company standards.
- Analyze sales reports, customer trends, and product performance to improve store profitability.
- Maintain compliance with company SOPs, audit requirements, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with warehouse, merchandising, and regional teams for smooth operations.
- Handle employee scheduling, attendance, leave management, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure cleanliness, security, and maintenance of the store premises.
