- Conduct product, process, and refresher training sessions for employees.
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs effectively.
- Provide regular feedback and performance updates to stakeholders and operations teams.
- Leverage automation tools such as LMS, digital assessments, and analytics dashboards during training delivery.
3. Process Knowledge Test:
- Collaborate with SMEs to create assessment scenarios and knowledge checks.
- Conduct assessments for new hires and refresher training batches.
- Maintain and update assessment repositories for future reference and usage.
- Use automated testing platforms and reporting tools to evaluate training effectiveness.
4. On-the-Job Training (OJT) New Hire:
- Coordinate with Operations to finalize OJT schedules and training plans.
- Conduct structured OJT sessions for new hires post classroom training.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide regular coaching and support.
- Share progress reports and feedback with management and operational stakeholders.
5. Needs Improvement (NI):
- Identify bottom quartile performers through audit and effectiveness reports.

- Share progress updates and action plans with Operations stakeholders.
6. Process Improvement:
- Identify process and training gaps within or across Lines of Business (LOBs).

- Follow up on action items and ensure effective closure of improvement initiatives.
7. Upskill / Cross-skill:
- Identify employees eligible for upskilling and cross-skilling opportunities.
- Design capability-building and career development learning plans.
- Conduct skill enhancement sessions aligned with business requirements.
- Promote digital learning and continuous development initiatives across teams.
8. Understand Requirements from Business Units:
- Conduct recurring meetings with Business Units to understand training needs.
