We are looking for an experienced Civil Quality Engineer to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for civil construction projects. The role involves managing the civil laboratory, batching plant quality, material testing, client coordination, and quality documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead all civil quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) activities at the project site.
- Manage quality operations of the batching plant and ensure concrete quality compliance.
- Supervise material testing for cement, aggregates, concrete, steel, and other construction materials.
- Oversee the civil laboratory, ensuring proper testing procedures, calibration, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams on quality-related matters.
- Prepare, review, and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, test reports, and checklists.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, IS codes, and quality standards.




- Monitor site execution and conduct inspections to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Support internal and external quality audits and implement corrective actions.
- Train site teams on quality procedures and best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 8-13 years of experience in civil quality engineering, QA/QC, or construction quality management.
