Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and production standards on the shop floor.
- Handle manpower allocation, shift planning, and line balancing.
- Monitor KPIs such as OEE, productivity, rejection, downtime, and efficiency.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, and Stores for smooth production.
- Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare daily production reports and ensure compliance with SOPs and audit requirements.
- Maintain inventory/WIP control and support process improvements to reduce cost and waste.
