We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Finance Associate to manage financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support month-end closing activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.

- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes including invoice verification, processing, and vendor payments
- Record bank entries and perform periodic bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Handle payroll accounting entries and perform reconciliation of payroll-related accounts
- Execute month-end closing activities, including preparation and posting of journal entries
- Reconcile intercompany transactions and maintain accurate records of vendor ledgers
- Maintain and monitor the General Ledger (GL) to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records
- Prepare and review Profit Loss (PL) statements and Balance Sheet reports




- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and management reports

Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred). Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks and Bill.com added Advantage).

Proficiency in MS Excel and financial data analysis. High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Good communication and organizational abilities.
