- Drive strategic initiatives and end-to-end program execution.

Preferred candidate profile
- Tier 1 institute graduate (IIT/IIM/NIT/BITS/DTU/NSUT, etc.).
- 25 years of experience in Program Management, Strategy, or Business Operations, preferably in a startup.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing teams and driving operational excellence.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is a plus.
