About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Relationship Manager to acquire, manage, and retain HNI/UHNI clients while providing investment solutions aligned with their financial goals. The candidate will be responsible for revenue generation, client servicing, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, digital leads, and cold calling.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI and retail investors.
- Understand clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and investment requirements.
- Present investment advisory products and services to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with Research Analysts and Advisory Teams to deliver investment recommendations.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups.
- Cross-sell and upsell investment products and advisory packages.
- Conduct portfolio review meetings and provide market updates.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.




- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and company policies.

Required Skills

- Solid understanding of Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, and Financial Markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle HNI and affluent clients professionally.
- Strong sales and client acquisition capabilities.
- Knowledge of SEBI regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- NISM Certifications preferred.
- Experience in Investment Advisory, Stock Broking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
