Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Axis Bank branch sellers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch current products and services.
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance industry.




- Strong understanding of the Indian insurance market and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working with Axis Bank or similar financial institutions is an advantage.
