Lead end-to-end design and development of engine components, ensuring alignment with localisation, performance, and cost targets. Drive application engineering to meet customer requirements and oversee CAD design, validation (DVP), and documentation. Manage supplier feasibility, RFQs, and technical proposals while ensuring manufacturability and quality. Lead & be part of cross-functional teams. Ensure robust product lifecycle management, including data control in SAP/PLM, validation, issue resolution, and timely project execution.

1 Lead end-to-end engine component design and development, ensuring alignment with localisation strategy, performance targets, and cost objectives.

2 Drive application engineering activities, ensuring engine systems meet customer requirements.

3 Oversee 3D CAD modelling,2D detailing,



ensuring compliance with DFM (Design for Manufacturing), DFA (Design for Assembly), and DFS (Design for Serviceability) standards.

4 Evaluate and establish supplier feasibility, ensuring manufacturability, process capability, quality standards, and optimum cost competitiveness.

5 Provide technical inputs for Statement of Requirements (SOR) and support RFQ preparation, ensuring clarity on specifications, scope, and deliverables.

6 Define and manage DVP (Design Verification Plan) and CIR (Concern Investigation Report) processes to ensure robust validation and issue resolution.
