You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of software applications, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).- Strong understanding of business processes related to sales and distribution.- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving software issues.- Familiarity with system integration and data flow between applications.- Ability to analyze and interpret system logs and performance metrics.
