About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist with 3 5 years of hands-on experience in managing bulk email campaigns for marketing and promotional purposes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in email deliverability, campaign execution, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize bulk email marketing campaigns for promotions, lead generation, and customer engagement

- Manage end-to-end email campaign lifecycle: list segmentation, template creation, scheduling, and reporting

- Ensure high deliverability by maintaining sender reputation, managing IP/domain warm-up, and reducing bounce/spam rates

- Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and implement improvements

- Handle email list hygiene, suppression lists, and compliance with GDPR/CAN-SPAM guidelines

- Perform A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times

- Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging email creatives

- Integrate email tools with CRM/marketing automation platforms

- Troubleshoot issues related to email delivery, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and inbox placement

Required Skills & Expertise

- Solid experience with bulk email platforms like SendGrid, Mailgun, SparkPost,



Amazon SES, etc.

- Solid understanding of email deliverability, spam filters, and sender reputation management

- Hands-on experience with email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

- Good knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization

- Experience in data segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows

- Familiarity with analytics tools and campaign reporting

- Basic understanding of APIs and integrations (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in B2B marketing campaigns

- Exposure to CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.

- Knowledge of email verification and list cleaning tools
