Preferred candidate profile:

* Minimum 1 year of Team Leader (TL) experience is mandatory.
* Prior experience in handling telesales Team

*Prior Experience in Personal Loan
* Good knowledge of attrition management, roster planning, and shrinkage.
* Strong leadership and performance management skills.

CTC-35,000 /average incentive 10000-15000
