Salary Slabs :-

Experience:- 8K to 15K on (6 to 10 Joining within same Month)+ Incentives Up to 10K

** 15 Days Training Will be Unpaid + 3 Months Provision Period Mandate **

Key Responsibilities:-

- Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Moster.com, LinkedIn & Other's) + Social media Platforms and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle job postings, interview scheduling, follow-ups
- Draft and update job descriptions as per role requirements
- Maintain robust candidate relationships and ensure a smooth on boarding process
- Stay current with industry recruitment trends and best practices





Requirements:-

- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience (Preferably in BPO & KPO)
- Strong familiarity with Naukri.com, Indeed, and other sourcing tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Willing to work independently
- Self Motivated person
- Target Oriented ability
- Team Player

Salary Slabs :-
