Role Overview

We are looking for a Campaign Manager to own and execute paid digital campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other channels. The ideal candidate combines robust analytical skills with creative thinking to drive high-performing campaigns and improve user engagement and conversions. Preferred Graduate from reputed college like Top DU college , IIT. IIM, NSUT, DTU, NIFT, BITS Pilani, Thapar.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other platforms.

- Conduct ad copywriting, creative optimization, and landing page (LP) testing.

- Map the user journey from awareness to conversion and identify optimization points.

- Analyze campaign performance using Excel and reporting tools, providing actionable insights.

- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand and effective.

- Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS, and retention.





- Develop reports highlighting campaign performance and recommendations.

- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape.

Key Requirements

- Preferred Graduate from reputed college like Top DU college , IIT. IIM, NSUT, DTU, NIFT, BITS Pilani, Thapar

- 2 to 6 years of experience in digital campaign management.

- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Excel, and analytics tools.

- Strong copywriting skills for ads and landing pages.

- Experience with LP optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.

- Understanding of creative strategy, user journey mapping, and funnel optimization.

- Analytical mindset with a track record of improving campaign performance.
