Job Summary

- The Coupa System Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations, support, and stability of the Coupa platform. This role ensures smooth system performance by managing incidents, troubleshooting issues, supporting end users, and maintaining system configurations.

Key Deliverables

- Timely resolution of incidents and service requests based on SLA targets
- Enables high system availability and performance
- Effective communication to end users during incidents and changes
- Minimal disruption during Coupa releases and updates
- Continuous improvement of support processes

Core Responsibilities

- Incident Management & Support: Monitor, log, prioritize, and resolve incidents
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix procurement, invoicing,



and supplier issues
- End User Support: Communicate and assist users effectively
- System Administration: Manage roles, access, and configurations
- Change & Release Support: Assist in deployments and UAT
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance processes and documentation

Role Requirements

- Robust communication and customer-service mindset
- Experience with Coupa administration
- Understanding of Source-to-Pay processes
- Experience with incident management and troubleshooting Familiarity with ticketing tools
