Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee microfinance, NBFC, MFI, group loan, and individual loan products to drive business expansion.

- Develop strategies to increase revenue through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

- Foster solid relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 12-20 years of experience in microfinance or related field (NBFC).

- Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business growth.

- Strong understanding of financial services industry trends and regulations.

- Excellent communication skills for building client relationships.

- Ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
