About the Role -

Looking for a creative Wedding Decor Designer to conceptualize and execute luxury wedding dcor experiences. The role involves developing unique dcor concepts, creating styling presentations, and ensuring seamless execution in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.

Role & Responsibilities -

- Develop creative wedding dcor concepts aligned with client vision, theme, and budget.
- Create mood boards, colour palettes, styling concepts, and dcor presentations.
- Design dcor elements including stages, mandaps, entrances, lounges, floral arrangements, and guest experience areas.
- Coordinate with production, fabrication, lighting, and vendor teams for execution.
- Conduct venue visits and support on-site dcor setup.




- Ensure final execution matches approved designs and quality standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile -

- 2-5 years of experience in wedding dcor, event styling, interior design, or luxury events.
- Strong creative and aesthetic sense with a portfolio showcasing dcor concepts.
- Valuable understanding of flowers, fabrics, furniture, lighting, and dcor materials.
- Proficiency in Canva; basic knowledge of Photoshop preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for venue visits and event execution.
