Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced RPO Recruiter to join our team and support NTT's hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and be capable of managing multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for client requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
- Screen and shortlist profiles as per client expectations.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills:

- 4-6 years of experience in RPO/IT Recruitment.
- Excellent sourcing and screening skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with enterprise clients is preferred.




- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using job portals and MS Office tools.

Additional Information:

- This is a permanent role and not a contractual position.
- Candidates must be willing to work from the Bangalore office.
- Occasional Saturday working may be required based on business needs.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
