Role & responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple hospital information systems.
- Develop interactive dashboards and MIS reports for management and departmental heads.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Create data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
- Support management with forecasting, KPI tracking, and decision-making.
- Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to understand reporting requirements.
- Automate repetitive reports and improve reporting efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query,



Advanced Formulas).
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of database concepts and data visualization techniques.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets while maintaining high accuracy.
- 2 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, MIS Analyst, or Business Analyst.
- Experience in hospitals, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare analytics will be preferred.
