Navaera is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to collaborate closely with Navaeras end-users and data engineering team. The role involves documenting data transformations, structures, and mapping rules for client implementations of Navaeras software solutions. Ideal candidates will possess robust knowledge of financial services payments, including SWIFT MX and ISO 20022, as well as expertise in Microsoft SQL Server.

Role & responsibilities:

- Collaboration: Partner with client organization staff to understand their requirements and document them to ensure alignment.
- Transform Design: Design, scalable data mapping (ETL/ELT) to ingest, clean,



and transform both structured and unstructured data from various client intelligence sources to Navaeras various product-specific data models.
- Data Modeling: Design and specify logical data models, schemas, and objects within the platform to support complex analytical needs.
- Visualization & Dashboarding: Develop, maintain, and enhance user-friendly dashboards, data visualizations, and tools that deliver clear insights into the OE running estimate.
- AI Integration: Identify opportunities for ETL improvements using AI/ML models.
- Maintenance & Optimization: Ensure the continuous operation and performance of data workflows and analytical tools, resolve issues, and introduce improvements to enhance speed and reliability.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 5-7 years of proven experience in business analysis, ETL/ELT design, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to design data workflows and pipelines.
- Extensive experience with data visualization and dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or platform-native options).
- Strong knowledge of data modeling principles and schema design.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for data handling (e.g., Python, SQL).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience working directly with clients in Europe and North America
