Role Responsibilities:

- Develop deep expertise in the LEAPWORK platform, including LEAPWORK Studio and AI Studio.
- Deliver engaging instructor-led training (virtual and onsite), onboarding programs, workshops, webinars, and enablement sessions for customers and partners.
- Guide customers in applying LEAPWORK to real-world automation use cases and adopting automation best practices.
- Support Professional Services engagements by assisting customers with advanced automation scenarios, integrations, reusable frameworks, and scalable automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot automation challenges and provide practical guidance to accelerate customer adoption and success.
- Develop and continuously improve training materials, labs, reusable automation assets, knowledge base articles, and enablement content.
- Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Support teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Capture and share automation best practices, customer feedback, and lessons learned to continuously improve enablement programs.




- Continuously learn and adopt current LEAPWORK capabilities, AI features, and emerging automation technologies.

Technical Qualifications/ Role Requirements (Must - Have Skills)

- 3-8 years of experience in QA, software testing, business process automation, or related technical domains.
- Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform such as LEAPWORK, Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, UFT, Tosca, Power Automate, UiPath, or similar.
- Experience delivering instructor-led training, workshops, webinars, onboarding programs, or customer enablement sessions.
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts and automation best practices.
- Well-versed with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or similar AI platforms to enhance automation development, content creation, troubleshooting, and productivity.
- Exposure to APIs, integrations, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps is desirable.
