Job Summary:

Girnar Precision Technologies Ltd. requires experienced, hands-on ex-servicemen (Havildar, Naib Subedar, or Subedar) from Army Air Defence (AAD), Corps of EME, Armoured Corps, or Mechanized Infantry.

This is an active, field-oriented technical role. You will be responsible for building, integrating, installing, and testing our precision engineering products directly on military platforms, as well as managing ground-level technical coordination with respective Directorates, trial teams, and units.

Technical Domain Requirements by Arm:

Army Air Defence (AAD):

Physical assembly, retrofitting, and integration of precision mounts and components onto AAD gun systems, missile launchers, and radar platforms.

Direct technical liaison with AAD Directorate, trial teams, and field units for product demonstrations and user trials.

Corps of EME:

Workshop-level technical evaluation, fault diagnosis, mechanical/electronic integration, and diagnostic support.

Technical coordination with Army Workshops, EME Directorates, and trial detachments.

Armoured Corps & Mechanized Infantry:

On-platform fitment, mounting, and field testing of precision components on Main Battle Tanks (MBTs) and Infantry Fighting Vehicles (ICVs/BMPs).





Direct coordination with Armoured and Mechanized Infantry units, firing ranges, and trial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead in office assembly, integration, and retrofitting of company products onto army vehicles, weapons, and platforms.

Plan and execute field trials, acceptance testing, and proof-of-concept demonstrations alongside Army trial teams.

Provide quick, on-ground troubleshooting and technical support during trials and field deployments.

Gather practical field feedback and coordinate with internal design engineers to refine product fitment.

Conduct operator and technical orientation for Army maintenance crews and unit personnel.

Candidate Eligibility Criteria:

Arm of Service: Army Air Defence (AAD) / Corps of EME / Armoured Corps / Mechanized Infantry.

Rank: Havildar (Senior NCO), Naib Subedar, or Subedar (JCO).

Skillset: Strong technical trade background with direct, practical experience in equipment repair, platform maintenance, mechanical/electronic integration, or workshop overhauling.

Mobility: Willingness to travel to military stations, firing ranges, and trial locations across India.
