Title: Assembly Technician

Qualification: ITI, Diploma (Any Stream)

Experience: 3-7 Years

Age Criteria: up to 30 Years.

• Hands-on experience in drilling, reaming, and riveting.

• Continuously improve processes in Assembly function to reduce cost of production and imbibe a culture of cost consciousness in the organisation

• Accountable for maintaining COPQ(Cost of Poor Quality) from assembly processes within the acceptable target limits

• Improve responsiveness to customer needs

• Support the resolution of customer concerns, Identify and eliminate root cause using various methods

• Manage and approve amendments that arise due to internal and external customer requirements





• Ensure internal delivery processes are aligned to customer requirement to fulfil on time delivery

• Ensure and plan resources availability to meet daily requirements for products

• Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing operation to ensure effective utilisation of all resources

• Liaise and co ordinate with support functions to progress issues concerning production planning / resource and skill allocation.

• Develop secure and efficient work place through out the assembly process

• Training employees in proper assembly techniques and safety procedures
