Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors in the equipment and machinery domain.

- Request and analyse quotations; negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
- Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company procurement policies.
- Monitor order status and follow up with vendors for timely dispatch and delivery.

• Address and resolve discrepancies in deliveries, invoices, or quality issues in coordination with relevant departments.

• Maintain updated records of purchase transactions, vendor performance, and cost comparisons.

• Collaborate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth procurement planning and inventory flow.

- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and procurement guidelines.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on procurement performance, vendor efficiency,



and cost-saving initiatives.

Skills and Competencies Required:

• Solid ability to source vendors, evaluate quotations, and negotiate favourable terms.

• Basic understanding of machinery, components, and procurement needs specific to poultry/recycling equipment.

• Proficiency in Excel and maintaining accurate documentation of purchases and vendor data.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills for dealing with suppliers and internal teams.

• Ability to handle multiple purchase orders and deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.

• Skilled in analysing costs, resolving delays/disputes, and improving procurement efficiency.

• Adherence to company procurement policies and ethical vendor management practices.
