Job Title: GM Projects (Head)

Involved in Costing, budgeting for submission of bids for various Tenders, planning, directing, coordinating activities of designated project to ensure that completion of project is accomplished within prescribed time frame and financial and qualitative parameters
Establishes work plan for each phase of project.

Location: Haldia, West Bengal

Salary: 15 - 22.5 LPA / As per market standard

Experience: 15 Years and above

Age: 45 - 55 Years

Education: B.Tech (Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities

- Tender Analysis & Costing Evaluate tenders, prepare cost estimates, and bid strategically.
- Contract Administration Oversee bid preparation, contract execution, and compliance.
- Compliance Management Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and company policies.




- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and management for seamless execution.
- Reporting & Escalation Prepare structured reports, memos, and escalation notes for management.

Qualifications

- Education: B.Tech (Mechanical)
- Language: Fluency in English required
- Experience: Solid background in contract management and operational planning

Preferred Background

- Candidates with experience in EPC for Rail, Warehouse, Logistics, Port and Mining companies.
