Key Responsibilities

- Design innovative and functional interior spaces for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop concept designs, mood boards, space plans, and presentation materials.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and realistic visualizations using SketchUp and Enscape.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into practical, aesthetically appealing design solutions.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits, monitor project execution, and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Manage project timelines while maintaining high-quality design standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 35 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color palettes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and presentation software.
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
