Role & responsibilities

o Contact customers via calls to follow up on overdue payments.

o Educate customers on outstanding dues, payment options, and consequences of non-payment.

o Coordinate with field executives for on-ground follow-ups and visit feedback.

o Drive resolution through calls, payment commitments, and follow-ups

o Achieve monthly recovery targets as per company policy.

o Adhere to defined scripts and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 years of experience in telecalling / collections / recovery

• Experience in housing finance / NBFC / banking sector will be an advantage

• Valuable communication and negotiation skills

• Basic understanding of collection/recovery processes
