Job Summary

The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for managing interior design projects from concept development through execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative, technical, and project management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative interior design concepts, space planning, and presentations.
- Prepare accurate 2D drawings, 3D models, and working drawings.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present design solutions.
- Coordinate with production, estimation, procurement, and site teams for seamless execution.
- Ensure designs are technically feasible and production-ready.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories as per project requirements.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, design verification, and execution support.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion within quality standards.
- Review drawings and documentation before production and installation.
- Mentor and guide junior designers while maintaining design quality.
- Maintain excellent client relationships through effective English communication and professional service.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and industry best practices.
