We are looking for result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition professionals to manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with business stakeholders across multiple functions.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from understanding requirements and sourcing candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Handle multiple non-IT hiring mandates across diverse business and operational functions.
- Build candidate pipelines quickly through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and professional networks.
- Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews and coordinate further selection rounds.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Close roles within defined timelines while ensuring candidate quality and a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate compensation, manage offers and improve the offer-to-joining ratio.
- Maintain candidate records and track recruitment metrics such as turnaround time, source effectiveness and hiring funnel.
- Provide regular hiring updates, market insights and candidate feedback to stakeholders.
- Support employer-branding and recruitment-marketing initiatives when required.

Preferred candidate profile

Essential

- Minimum 3 - 4 years of Talent Acquisition experience




- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Strong screening, interviewing, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ATS and HRMS tools.
- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office.
- Immediate availability or ability to join within 30 days.

Desirable

- Experience hiring for operations, logistics, retail, staffing, sales, customer support or field-based roles.
- Exposure to gig-workforce, blue-collar or large-scale operational hiring.
- Experience using ATS or HRMS platforms.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and hiring metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
