Role & responsibilities

- Only candidates with prior Production experience in LED Lighting Manufacturing Industry are eligible to apply.
- Oversee Batten & LED Bulb department, ensuring smooth operations, and achieving departmental goals and targets.
- Manage the end-to-end production process, including planning, manufacturing, and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure productive product development, testing, and launch processes.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training and development needs for team members.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing technical expertise, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain as per SOP LOB, Productivity, Rejection, UPPH, UPH, etc.
