About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development Executive to join our L&D; team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of learning initiatives that enhance employee capabilities and drive organizational growth.

The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in Learning & Development, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to leverage AI-powered tools to improve learning effectiveness, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and administer learning and development programs across the organization.
- Support end-to-end training operations, including scheduling, communication, nominations, and logistics.
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to facilitate learning initiatives.
- Maintain training records, learning data, and related documentation.
- Track program participation, gather feedback, and generate learning effectiveness reports.
- Create engaging presentations, reports, and communication materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Assist in talent development and capability-building initiatives.
- Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, communication, and content creation.




- Ensure smooth execution of learning processes while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.

Education

- MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar platforms to enhance productivity, reporting, communication, or content development.
