About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused professionals to join our International Admissions team. The role involves guiding parents through the admissions journey, understanding their requirements, and helping them choose the right learning program for their child.

What You'll Do:

- Engage with prospective parents through calls and virtual consultations.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate learning solutions.
- Guide parents through the admissions and enrollment process.
- Build strong relationships and address customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems.
- Achieve sales and conversion targets.

Who Can Apply?

- Robust English communication skills.
- Experience in Inside Sales, Admissions Counseling, Academic Counseling, Business Development, Customer Success, Tele-Sales, or Relationship Management.
- Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Consultative and solution-oriented approach.
- Experience in Education/EdTech will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working from the Gurgaon office.
